Digital Transformation Programme Director

Mastek is an agile, digital transformation partner with a portfolio of leading companies within public and private sector, engineering excellence for customers globally. We have come a long way, just like the technology solutions that we build, evolving over the course of three decades. As we continue our journey of growth, we are looking for Senior Programme Managers who could lead major digital transformation and change programmes.

Our teams are highly experienced, committed and in majority self-organising. The supplier management team that includes Account and Commercial management, PMO, HR, recruitment technology support functions are already in place.

We are recruiting for North and South of England. Locations will include South (London, Corsham, Croydon) and North (Leeds/ Newcastle)

Requirements

Things we want to see in your experience:

• Experience on working on a large Digital Transformation Programmes in the capacity of a Digital Programme Manager or Digital Programme Director representing the supplier.
• People’s person
• Effective communicator
• Experienced in Agile delivery and ability to manage geographically distributed scrum teams upwards of 50 resources.
• Experienced in programme planning
• Managed successful programmes to the value of £20-40 million GBP annually.
• Good knowledge of the digital landscape including government digital service principles
• Passionate about delivery
• Possess technical acumen
• Can manage and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and clients, including at the board level
• Possess commercial acumen
