M&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting for a Multi Skilled Joiner to work with our Repairs team in Lancashire.
About the role
The main purpose of this role is to complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction.
We are searching for an individual who is competent in at least two of the following trades, one of which must be Joinery:
The ideal candidate will also possess a CSCS card along with an NVQ level 3 qualification in a core trade. You will be fully aware of the relevant H&S requirements and have experience of managing repairs and within Housing Associations. You will have the ability to complete work to a high standard whilst completing all jobs within the agreed deadlines and targets.
A basic DBS check and a full UK driving license is required for this role.
