As the People Partner for our UK business of 250+ associates, you will empowered to develop and implement talent initiatives to deliver our EMEA people roadmap. You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, EMEA and you will join a global HR team representing our 12,000 associates across 40+ counties. You will need right to work in UK. Base Salary range £30,000 - £35,000 You Will: You will join us at a pivotal moment of growth for the Company and the region, with HR playing an critical role to support these business plans. You will be play a key part in developing plans to support the activation and sustainment of our talent strategies. You will support our global managers and associates with the key talent development management, identification and retention. You will leverage our people data to provide insights and trends. You will work on global talent projects and partner our Global HR centres of excellence as required. You'll Need: You will have demonstrated proven HR experience from working in a global matrix organisation. You will have proven experience of partnering with senior level managers within the business, You will need to be data-driven and analytical. You will hold a bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
