Badenoch + Clark

This top tier law firm is looking to add a IP Partner (contentious and non-contentious) to their already market leading offering. The firm is a market leader in a number of practice areas, and is considered an elite firm for all types of IP work. The firm can boast a roster of blue chip clients, with a collegiate and client sharing partnership.

The firm is looking for someone who can advise on complex contentious IP matters, as well as licensing, franchising and other transactional IP matters. Most partners at the firm maintain a broad practice. This role is due to growth - the firm see an opportunity to significantly grow the IP offering over the coming years, and so are looking to invest in a key hire now.

The firm can offer excellent remuneration - it is envisaged that the successful individual will join as a salaried partner, though equity is a possibility for the right individual (for which the firm has very impressive figures). After joining as a salaried partner, the firm will be looking to help you progress into the equity in the coming years.

The ideal candidate will be an existing partner or a very talented senior associate/counsel, with relevant IP experience. You should have a strong track record of bringing in clients, and leading teams of lawyers on complex IP matters.
