We have long term placement opportunities available for band 6 occupational therapist available at Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust, specifically providing the following:

• To provide core/complex assessments, and treatment, where required for vulnerable patients with complex needs, and for patients in crisis to determine care plans for care in a community setting if appropriate
• To undertake advanced, comprehensive assessments, looking at all Occupational Therapy performance. This includes self-maintenance, productivity and leisure, for patients with diverse or highly complex presentations/multi pathologies, using investigative and analytical skills.
• To assist with marketing the therapy team to develop greater understanding of service delivery within the wider population

The occupational therapy team has an enviable reputation, great supportive team with a family feel, the post holder here will be pivotal in providing the best level of quality care to varying departments and their patients needs.
