Oldham Healthy Minds provides a range of evidenced based interventions for people requiring a psychological intervention utilising a stepped care model. The post is within a busy IAPT service on a permanent basis.
Staff welfare and professional development is of great importance within our service. To reflect this we offer regular clinical supervision individually as well as peer supervision every month. We provide monthly in house CPD and we provide the opportunity external training wherever possible.
We also offer flexible working opportunities in line with the Trust Policy.
We strive to provide high quality care and support to our clients and have developed a variety of innovative and effective pathways which provides the client access to a range of different treatment modalities and interventions. These pathways support us in meeting the diverse needs of our clients. We encourage staff to be actively involved in the development as well as the provision of these pathways.
