As Recruitment Coordinator you support the Recruitment Executive with the whole internal recruitment process which will include conducting onboarding days and new starter training, ensuring new starter documentation is completed and up to date, and that all right to work checks are completed. Working on exciting new projects for this innovative and thriving organisation you will be attracting and onboarding the best talent for their production teams.
Previous recruitment and administration experience is required ideally from an internal recruitment team but this is not essential. You must be used to working in a high pressure, fast paced and constantly changing environment with bags of energy, enthusiasm and commitment. Strong IT skills are required together with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a targeted KPI environment.
