Liaising with tenants, residents, leaseholders and Contracts Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors, the Customer Liaison Officer will ensure first class delivery of contracts during Housing Investment Programme works.
Undertaking customer satisfaction surveys in respect of Housing Investment Programme Work schemes and communicating findings, you will act as a client liaison between partners, contractors, consultants and tenants during planned works and will arrange, attend and administer tenant, resident, leaseholder and public meetings, site meetings and other appropriate liaison panels and groups.
Essentially, you must inform / update customers on the progress of all works throughout the programme that has a direct impact on them and identify customer vulnerability, and any special needs that must be addressed prior, and throughout the works.
Candidates for this role should have experience of dealing with tenants and home owners on maintenance and regeneration work and be capable of working on their own initiative. Competent in the use of Microsoft office software in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and Access, you should have experience of gathering and collating information and of managing and prioritising your own workload.
