The role

The Time and Attendance Manager, EMEA, will support the EMEA payroll team by managing the Global Time and Attendance tool and processes for countries in EMEA using the system. The role will be a mix of operational and project work and will drive consistency and stability for users of this high-profile system. With your sound knowledge of either Kronos or ADP Enterprise eTime, you will use your expertise every day to both problem solve and drive the strategy for the system going forward.


  • Be responsible for the monthly processing of eTime in relation to the payroll cycle, ensuring approvals have been acquired, payroll files have been run and processed by payroll country owners, and reporting has been delivered

  • Alongside payroll country owners, respond and resolve employee queries relating to eTime assigned by the HR Services team

  • Raise and deal with tickets with ADP for queries, fixes, or improvements

  • Collaborate closely with ADP to make configuration changes where required, and test configuration changes before authorising release to production

  • Communicate with HR and the wider payroll team about new product changes, releases and fixes

  • Identify training needs for countries in BAU. Respond to training requirements with new initiatives and drive positive messaging regarding eTime throughout the business

  • Run annual data changes and uploads for all countries in the EMEA region in partnership with ADP

  • Maintain eTime training content and collaborate with HR to update and publish content

  • Lead eTime implementation projects for new countries in the EMEA region

  • Participate in UAT on eTime for new country implementations

  • Work in partnership with HR teams to prepare and distribute communications relating to new countries

  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on eTime for new countries

  • Manage Service relationship with ADP and escalate as the need arises
