Position Title: Head Of Contracts
Responsible to: Director
Direct reports: 4x Account Managers
To manage the overall day to day operations of the Key local authority & housing association clientele.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• A relevant qualification at degree level, or similar and membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing and Level 5 Diploma in Housing Management.
• 5 to 8 year’s managerial experience leading teams supporting Social Housing contracts.
• Demonstratable leadership skills and the proven ability to manage change.
• Health and Safety compliance.
• 10 year’s + experience in successful Client Management in social housing
• Proactive P & L Management by contract and strong evidence of sound sales administration cost recovery / containment programmes
