The purpose of this role is to manage small scale social housing Projects ranging from £5,000.00 to £90,000.00. The Site Manager would manage up to four projects at any one time across the Yorkshire Region with a duration of two to six weeks for each Project. Works are a mixture of External / Internal Decorations, Communal Area Flooring replacement, Roofline works, Car Park resurfacing, Fencing replacement and small-scale Landscaping. We are looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude who is confident enough to jump straight into this role which has a fast track turnaround for each Project.
What is your day to day?
•Act as Engie point of contact for the Client`s representatives
•Clear communication of expectations for project deliverables with the client and sub-contractors
•Management of up to four projects at any one time within the Yorkshire area
•Management of strict Health and Safety protocol and procedures
•Leading and minuting site team meetings
•Liaison with the commercial team for cost checking
•Monitoring of design and resolution of technical queries
•Completion, maintenance and monitoring of records
•Reporting of site progress, RFI status and issues on a weekly basis
•Any other reasonable management request
Who are you?
•Experience of social housing refurbishment projects
•Experience of managing social housing resident`s / customer`s expectations
•Knowledge of design requirements for procurement and construction purposes of social housing refurbishment projects
•Technical understanding of social housing services and finishes solutions
•Knowledge of building regulations / sustainability within social housing refurbishmentWho are we?
