Do you have passion for Cyber Security? Do you possess the desire to increase your understanding of security architecture within a complex IT environment? As the Security Architect you will have the opportunity to work for a large IT estate at the Home Office that supports critical national infrastructure.
As the Cyber Security Architect you will be working in the Advice and Assure function of Cyber Security, where you will help to provide the bridge between technology delivery and cyber security assurance to ensure the department can exploit the latest technologies but in a manner that addresses its wider risk requirements. Using your technical knowledge you decipher design architecture to advise internal stakeholders on security considerations for their projects, ensuring that their designs are secure and make recommendations on their security controls.
We will see that a successful Security Architect holds the following Essential Skills:
Experience of advising, guiding and influencing business stakeholders and the ability and desire to gain other relevant certifications in cyber security/architecture is highly desirable.
