As a Business Development Executive, you will work within the growing Talent Ticker Sales Team to generate and follow up on leads, lead platform demos & sales meetings to grow the Talent Ticker customer base.

You will be resilient, entrepreneurial, and inquisitive, and play a crucial role in the growth of Talent Ticker as a global platform helping the recruitment industry become more efficient.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Map out the market and uploading contact information to CRM (Hubspot) to build lead pipeline.
  • Designing/Constructing sophisticated campaigns to send to prospects.
  • Following up on leads to prospects, introducing the Talent Ticker solution, and arrange regular meetings/demos with key decision-makers.
  • Working closely with the Research and Technology team to offer insight on how the platform can be improved based on prospect feedback.
  • Attending face to face client meetings and running prospects through demos of the Talent Ticker platform.
  • Guiding clients from prospect to sale.
  • Reporting/forecasting pipeline to Directors.
  • Bring lots of ideas, feedback and a can-do/will learn attitude to the table!

Useful Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills: ability to speak confidently and effectively at all levels, influence the thinking of buyers
  • Ability to manage an active sales pipeline, managing internal and external relationships at differing stages of the sales process.
  • Ability to qualify leads/prospects and forecast effectively.
  • Comfortable in managing multiple workloads and differing pace.
  • IT skills – including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • A degree or keen interest in AI/Business/Technology
