We are looking for an RGN who is committed to the pursuit of high standards of patient care, alongside leading an ambitious quality and safe environment for our residents. Lindridge Care Home is a 69 bedded unit, currently commissioned for a 25 bedded rehab unit, a dementia unit and nursing home beds.
You will be an experienced, confident, energetic and highly motivated senior nurse with a proven track record of delivery. We will be looking for a values based leader, with strong integrity and the ability to listen and support. We want a leader that inspires the team and works alongside our Deputy Clinical Services Manager to drive continuous improvements in resident and patient care and deliver best practice at every level of the organisation.
The successful applicant will provide Managerial and Clinical senior support to the team at Lindridge. To support in preparation for CQC engagement events and inspections. In addition, you will have your own professional portfolio to lead, workforce development, practice development, safeguarding, clinical governance and patient safety, infection control and prevention and quality.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident professional with the experience and ability to provide professional leadership across the organisation and the personal resilience to lead change in a complex environment. You will possess excellent communication skills along with visible, dynamic and inspirational leadership, enabling the team at Lindridge to deliver safe and high-quality standards of care.
