Joining our Business Current Account (BCA) onboarding team, you’ll be helping customers start their business banking journey with us. Now, more than ever, businesses need a bank they can trust, and who has their best interests at heart. Starling is a natural home for these businesses, and in this role you will play a vital part in ensuring businesses can make Starling their financial home.
As a BCA Onboarding team member, you’ll need to be sharp and analytical. Companies will provide information related to the nature of their business. It's your job to make sure that we feel confident we can provide our services to them.
In 2019, we secured a £100m award from the Capability and Innovation fund to transform SME Banking. Within the banking team we are leading and shaping the delivery of this award to help deliver the transformation in UK Banking that is Starling's ambition.

We review new business accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As such, we are looking for great people to support new business customers with their account openings overnight, between the hours of 10pm-6am.
