My client who is a logistics provider are looking to recruit an experienced Billings & Finance Assistant to join their finance department. This role will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
1 Billing for Imports /exhibition/domestic/Inter-company and Adhoc
2 Checking all charges are correct before billing and matching them to rates for clients
3 Inter-company confirmations
4 Preparing profit splits with other station for exhibition billing
5 Handling customer and internal queries
6 Liaising with other depts. and stations
7 Checking all back-up paperwork and matching to billing
8 Meeting deadlines
In addition you will also be required to keep the Payroll/HR files with sensitive payroll information on up to date for all employees. This is highly confidential information that you must not discuss with any other employee other than the direct line manager if needed.

Ideally candidates will have 3 years plus experience within a Billings/ accounts position.
You must be able to provide 5 years clear references without any gaps and a Disclosure of Scotland is required for the role. (Once cleared this will be reimbursed)
