We are a small practice in Larkhall. We currently have 3 GP Partners, 1 GP Community Pharmacist, Phlebotomist and Counsellor. We work co-operatively with local community services to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. We hold a General Medical Services (GMS) contract with NHS Lanarkshire. We are ideally looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is motivated and skilled to work as part of our team. Ideally the candidate should have a background in practice nursing with experience in chronic disease management, minor illness and managing undifferentiated presentations. In addition the candidate should be an Independent Nurse Prescriber. The post is part time and the precise hours and pay are negotiable.
