Lead Business Analyst

Role Purpose:

To lead a team of Business Analysts producing business analysis deliverables for our digital transformation programme, working with key stakeholders to define key functional and non-functional requirements.

Leading our Business Analysis function, you’ll be integral to the success of the programme, where you’ll lead on the co-ordination of business requirements, formulating programme scope and planning business requirements within workstreams. With extensive experience in digital transformation projects, you’ll be able to develop business relationships across the multiple areas critical to the success of the programme, advising on and influencing approaches to consider impact, maximising business benefit. You’ll also lead on providing estimates for all business analysis phases, supporting Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and cross functional teams to ensure that change is understood and managed successfully.

With exceptional interpersonal skills, you’ll work collaboratively with people at all levels and across all disciplines, able to clearly define concepts and articulate them in person and in presentation. You’ll be a natural leader and mentor to your team, with excellent and demonstrable ability to analyse issues and problems, providing and guiding workable and successful solutions. You’ll need significant experience in the methodologies we use, particularly scaled Agile, proven in similar large-scale programmes.
