Accountant Assistant and Administrator
Salary: £20 000 per annum negotiable
Location: North Lincolnshire
Logic 360 is currently recruiting for an Accountant Assistant and Administrator for one of our major clients in the North Lincolnshire region. This is a fast-paced role in a growing business selling several hundred vehicles each month. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the Motor Trade and will have already worked in a similar role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Accountant Assistant and Administrator:
Carry out a physical stock-take on a monthly basis,
Reconciliation of balance sheet nominal accounts,
Produce accurate monthly management accounts for approval by the Management Accountant,
Preparation of the cash flow forecast,
General maintenance and management of purchase ledger,
Liaising with suppliers and issuing purchase orders for purchase invoicing,
Data inputting and accuracy,
All additional administration tasks required for the efficient functioning of the department and business,
Support the Management Accountant in all areas within the accounts department.
Skills Requirements of the Accountant Assistant and Administrator:
Knowledge of the Pinnacle system,
High level of computer literacy on MS packages too and especially Excel,
Experience of working within a similar role in a motor trade environment ,
Demonstrate strong attention to detail,
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently,
Ability to work well under pressure, schedule work appropriately and meet deadlines,
Be able to carry out instructions both written and verbally, with strong communication skills,
Be reliable, with an excellent work ethic.
Working Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
