We are looking for a great Leader who will act as a coach and mentor for others in the department, whilst continuing to drive this department forward with ideas that quickly become reality - Are you impatient to achieve results? Then this role is for you. About the Role:
✴ Establish go-to-market approaches and productivity enhancements.
✴ Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance metrics.
✴ Create and manage processes such as target setting, forecasting, and pipeline analytics.
✴ Create and identify holes in the automated workflow using CRM
✴ Analyse the success rate in human interaction verses automated sales process.
✴ Drive process improvement & automation initiatives to streamline deliverables
✴ Coordinate activities and priorities of enablement functions to improve alignment to sales strategy
✴ Strategy: develop and own a delivery plan working with third party agencies to deliver outstanding content that
drives the voice and message
✴ Analytics: Use Google Analytics, Zoho and bespoke dashboards to measure and monitor performance
✴ Campaign Management: manage and execute a variety of offline and online campaigns (paid social, PPC,
content, SEO, video, affiliate, email, direct mail) to drive activity and generate leads
✴ Inbound Marketing: drive inbound leads using Zoho to nurture / track performance, qualify those leads, and
book meetings for the sales team
✴ Agency Management: day to day management of Ad agency
✴ Develop a deep understanding of the Dental industry and government regulations around this industry
✴ Creating sales leads using demand creation strategies
✴ Reporting, budgeting and analysis of marketing and data results
✴ Establishing a growth testing plan and setting up and running experiments from scratch.
✴ Find the channels which really work for acquisition / sales
✴ Advise on A/B and multivariate testing for the website and digital marketing mix
✴ Evolving a customer-centric email marketing strategy
✴ Collate, analyse, and communicate to the entire company on progress What We Need from You:
✴ They are a technology business - so you'll be tech-savvy with a background in SaaS HealthTech
✴4+ years of experience in Sales and or Marketing role
✴Strong knowledge of B2B marketing across multiple channels including CRM and marketing automation tool
✴Experience managing third party agencies and stakeholders
✴ High proficiency with Zoho or similar CRM
✴ Ability to quickly identify risk and develop recommendations to course correct
✴Not afraid to call commercial sales prospects
✴ Strong organisational skills with the ability to execute proactively instead of reactively and lead a projectfrom conception to completion
✴ Strong attention to details and numbers
✴ Experience in Sales Strategy & Planning and Sales Operations as well as Marketing activities
✴ Significant experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, modelling budgets, pipeline, forecast and ROI analysis
✴ Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness with senior executives and key stakeholder The Benefits:
