This is an office based role however due to the current situation (Covid), this role will initially be based from home.
Reporting to the Group HR Director, and operating as part of the wider group HR team, this role will support the development and delivery of the HR strategy for all groups based within our Exeter office. Developing employees and managers, providing professional HR advice and support, whilst ensuring that the company manages risk appropriately.
