We are currently looking for someone to join our team to support the HR team predominantly with Learning and Development activities on a contract basis until the end of January 2021.

In this role you will co-ordinate Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including booking delegates onto internal/external training courses and maintaining accurate training/course records. You will assist the HR/L&D Management team in the monitoring and control of the training budget, and assisting with the generation of accurate and consistent L&D Management Information.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Managing end to end both internal and external L&D courses, including the set-up of online training programmes, sending of invitations, booking rooms and resources, and the arrangement of refreshments.
  • Creating and maintaining training records, including the production of certificates in the Learning Management System.
  • Processing invoices in accordance with the L&D budget and tracking expenditure.
  • Maintaining the L&D intranet, redesigning where appropriate.
  • Answering day to day L&D queries via telephone and e-mail, escalating where necessary.
  • Managing the administration and day-to-day relationship management of third party organisations and suppliers.
  • Working as part of the wider HR team, helping out with other administrative tasks as and when necessary.
