Job Role: Permanent Year 3 Primary Teacher

Location - Dartford, Kent.

Teachright Kent are in search of a Year 3 Teacher that can inspire KS2 learners.

Teachright are working with a partner Primary school in Dartford, Kent who are seeking a full-time Year 3 Teacher from January 2020. They are looking for somebody with a passion for Primary KS2 education that enjoys inspiring young learners. All teachers are supported by full-time Learning support assistants.

This is a two- form entry, C of E faith school rated "Good" by Ofsted. Science, IT, Physical Education and Music are subjects central to the school's ethos.

This is a Local Authority School that is part of a supportive cluster of schools. They are very forward-thinking and have incredible resources and IT facilities. The whole school is a dynamic learning environment with flexible classrooms and lots of wide-open space.

The school is situated in the Dartford area of Kent and there are excellent transport links as well as a secure car park for drivers. It is easy to get there by Bus, Train or Car (Just off the A2).

This is a Full Time Year 3 Primary Teacher Role, and salary will be according to your Scale Point. There is excellent CPD training and career progression opportunities at the school.

Suitable Year 3 Primary Teacher candidates:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Will have the ability to inspire pupils, plan and deliver engaging KS2 level lessons.
  • Are results driven and can prepare pupils for KS2 SATS.
  • Are willing to learn new teaching strategies and are reflective practitioners.
  • Can work well with other members of the KS2 phase team including learning support assistants.
  • Organised, friendly, enthusiastic, creative and with strong behaviour management.
