What's involved with this role:
The Team require an experienced administrator carry out a range of administrative duties for the Team with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems. Key duties:
  • Data check, interrogation and input/update into spreadsheets
  • Data update from spreadsheet information into bespoke software
  • Creation of bespoke software events in line with information provided from spreadsheet information
  • Processing information/documentation requests
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
  • Dealing with visitors
  • Organising meetings and setting up
  • Stationery Ordering
  • Interrogating/investigating data and reporting outcomes, solution.
You will be expected to have good organisational skills and be able to use IT effectively in implementing tasks.
