The firm in question is independent and directly authorised, who will supply ultra-high net worth leads and provide full support around admin and paraplanning.
You will be this firms only Financial Planner covering the Devon and Cornwall area, picking up all of the leads supplied from their sister company who provide insurance to ultra-high net worth individuals. These employees are incentivised to pass leads so its within everyone's interest to make sure it's a collaborative partnership.
The incoming Financial Planner will manage their own diary and have the option to either work from home or from one of two offices in South Devon. You will be remunerated with a base salary of £75,000 a 33% bonus structure and the opportunity to take on shares within the business which will equate to around £1m within a five to seven year period.
