HW Healthcare are looking to recruit dynamic and resilient Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN’s) to provide short-notice, ad-hoc cover within the NHS. As an RMN you will work together with a multi-disciplinary team; providing supervision and guidance to support workers and other team members, whilst providing high standards of nursing and therapeutic care in the rehabilitation of patients.
There will be the option to work: days, nights and weekends and if you are ever required to stay later than your agreed finish time; you will always be paid for the time you stay.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months UK experience
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• NMC registration
• Experience of working in a mental health setting
• Provide personalised care and support
• Ensure the health, safety and welfare of clients
• Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
