We are currently recruiting university graduates across East Anglia to work within special schools for children with autism, complex needs, behaviour difficulties, physical disabilities and moderate learning difficulties.
Teaching Assistant work is a great way to gain experience working with children it is also a great way of getting your foot in the door of a school, which can lead to further opportunities.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience with any of the following either professionally or personally:
• SEN/Learning Difficulties Experience
• Behavioural Difficulties
• Youth/Community work experience
• Care work
