Committed and Enthusiastic Support Workers in Hillingdon ( 1X 37.5 & 1 x 22.5 hours per week)

Who you will be supporting

We are looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Support Worker to work in a Supported Living Home in Hillingdon. Five people (Four women and one man) live at the home. The successful candidate will work closely with the residents to ensure they live as independently as possible and achieve their ambitions. The successful candidate will be expected to support the residents with meal planning, cooking, personal care and ensure they take their medication, they will work alongside the residents to ascertain their goals and support them to achieve their goals. The five people who live across 2 properties have various support needs, some are quite independent but all need support to access the community. The role can be challenging at times but also very rewarding. Sleep in’s will be required.

The role

You must be willing to work flexibly as and when required. You will work on a rota basis throughout the week and at weekends including Bank Holidays.

You would preferably be a Gujarati Speaker
