Workforce are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a Manufacturing business based in west Coventry.
This role is initially a 9 month contract to cover Maternity leave to start in November
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Administration support for Managers * Managing incoming emails * Dealing with customer queries * Processing and inputting of information on to the database * Handling paperwork, agreements and quotations * Maintain and update website
The successful applicant will have:
* Previous Administrator experience * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Packages * Ability to work on own initiative in a busy environment * Excellent communication skills
