We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join a company in Preston on a 3-month contract basis and assist them with streamlining the current ledger. The business is amalgamating two operational sites and therefore they need someone with a keen eye for detail and effective communication skills to build good relationships through the project both internally and externally.
Duties will include: -
Effectively collecting outstanding monies through a structured credit process
Implement timeframes across all customer accounts that promote timely collections
Build solid relationships with internal and external parties to minimise the current KPI's and streamline the current process
Manage all customer accounts and provide an excellent level of customer service and effective administration
Cleanse and audit customer accounts and enhance the customer experience
You will already have:-
Minimum of 3 years credit control experience
Good level of Excel
Knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage
Be available for immediate start
