Business Analyst - Northern Region - Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Location: High Wycombe Job Purpose: As Business Analyst you will partner with our senior management team, contributing to the company's success by proactively delivering accurate and timely information and analysis of business and sales financial data, target, growth forecasts and trends. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: - Extraction of relevant data from Oracle and SFDC utilising Power Bi dashboards for business meetings and additional commercial analysis - Continuous development and enhancement of dashboards and KPIs giving insights on how the commercial sales organisation is performing and expectations on the future trends - Conduct pricing analysis for public tenders and support of our distributor partners - Support the follow up of profitability KPIs at European level - Further development of: - templates to support data collection for sales budget and sales forecast purpose - predictive sales models taking funnel data from SFDC - modelling, calculation and approval of sales incentive for the Northern Region - Forecasting business opportunities to drive allocation of business resource. - Support sales managers and sales representatives in understanding their sales forecasts and reasons behind any trends. - Prepare bespoke analysis for regional sales leads (UKI, Netherlands, Nordics) to drive business actions and results - Analyse service KPIs to drive efficiency within in the organisation - Comply with the requirements of Beckman Coulter's data security and document management policies.
