Do you want to work for a rapidly expanding client who is a leading name within their market?

This is an exciting opportunity to join and well-established growing client, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the organisation on a permanent basis. The role will be reporting directly to and working closely with the Managing Director. The duties will be split across 2 areas, 80% focused on providing sales support and coordination to customer and then 20% focused on providing a more general administration support to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Liaising with distributors and customers
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Setting up new distributors
  • Updating project lists
  • Processing and progressing sales orders
  • Coordinating orders from start to finish
  • Complete sales / customs paperwork
  • Assist with marketing related duties
  • Organising visits
  • Prepare for and potentially attend exhibitions (including overseas)
  • Assist MD with diary management, organising travel, taking minutes, creating reports
