Succession now has an excellent opportunity to join our Client Services team as a Financial Services Administrator, working alongside a team of Paraplanners, Financial Advisors and other Administrators. The role of the Financial Services Administrator in integral for ensuring Succession delivers unrivalled service to our valued clients and enabling our Wealth Planners to maintain a portfolio of clients.

The role of the Financial Services Administrator will involve providing administration support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners, liaising with policy providers for policy details, obtaining policy illustrations, processing new business applications and tracking tasks to completion.

Our Financial Services Administrators need to have high attention to detail, ensuring that our client information database is accurate at all times, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with both service providers and clients.

To be successful in the role you will need:

·Experience in a fast-paced Financial Services Administration role desirable

·Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy

·Excellent interpersonal and organisationalskills

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential

·Desirable experience in a regulated environment

·Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
