Recruiting for an experienced Sales professional for the bathroom industry who will look after online and phone sales for an established kitchen and bathroom showroom.

About our Client

A group of companies providing services and products for natural stone, kitchen, porcelain, and wood floor packages. They help their client in material selection, supply from source in competitive lead-in times, and install them on-site to specifications.

About the Role

  • Handle calls from customers giving advice on stock availability, prices, and delivery
  • Handle all online and phone sales
  • Boost sales via their e-commerce website
  • Input orders on the system and raise picking sheets for warehouse
  • Make phone calls to suppliers to chase delivery dates
  • Assist Sales Reps / Key Account Managers with quotes
  • Sales order processing and liaison with stock controller and warehouse staff
  • Checking stock levels and maintain awareness of stock availability
  • Investigating customer and supplier queries

About the Candidate

  • Experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Telesales or Sales Administration in the Bathroom industry
  • Excellent communication skills that will enable to build solid relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Experience in B2C sales
  • Should be driven, analytical, and team player
