Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
I have an excellent new opportunity to work as a Care Home Manager (RGN/RMN) for a small Care Home supporting elderly and dementia residents in Bedford.
You will be working for one of my best clients in a really lovely home which currently has a good CQC rating.
You will be required to:
·Oversee the overall running of the home
·Maintain occupancy, compliance, health and safety
·Support the team, undertake supervisions, organise rotas
Care Home Manager Requirements:
·You will need to be a RGN/ RMN
·You will need to have experience working in an elderly/ dementia setting
·You will need to have experience working as a Manager
