Registered Nurse required. My client is a small, very well respected healthcare provider who is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse based in Bradford.
This provider have been providing care and the very best and homely accommodation since 1996 allowing older people to enjoy a happy and fulfilled life.
The service is opening a new 10 Bed Mental Health Unit and also provides care for Dementia and Elderly care for 43 service users, providing high quality care for residents, peace of mind for families and a great place to work.
The successful candidate will be clinically strong, an experienced leader and a kind and caring Nurse.
Registered Nurse Position Overview:
* Ensure the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at all times to the highest standard
* Complete physical/psychological assessments of residents
* Create, update, implement individualised care plans
* Safely administering and recording of medication
* Support Care team
Registered Nurse Position Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
* Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
* Proven track record of person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* A passion for delivering high standards of care
Registered Nurse Position Renumeration:
* £17 - £18 per hour
* DBS Paid
* Free Uniform, Training and Salary
* 28 Days Holiday
