This Nursing Home is medium in size, stable and well-staffed. I am seeking strong Nursing Home Manager to drive the home forward and continue the positive developments which have taken place and strive for a fabulous rating with CQC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse qualified manager who is seeking a new challenge and has a proven track record with CQC and experience in raising standards within Nursing Homes.

The successful Nursing Home Manager will be supported by an experienced Senior Leadership Team, Clinical Lead, Deputy Home Manager, HR and a recruitment team. You will be a positive and inspirational leader who genuinely enjoys their role as Nursing Home Manager.
The Qualifications and Experience Required for the Nursing Home Manager: • Nurse qualification - RGN/RMN. • NVQ Level 5 (or working towards). • Previous management experience of a Nursing Home. • Previous Registration with CQC. • Excellent track record with CQC. • Strong communication skills. • Sound knowledge of CQC requirements. • Strong commercial awareness.
The Role and Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Manager: • You will have managerial responsibility for all aspects of the nursing home and quality of care. • You will have effective and timely reporting skills. • Finance skills - the ability to manage budgets with accuracy. • The delivery of clinical excellence and leadership in a busy nursing home environment. • Implementing positive change within the Nursing Home and striving for a good' rating.
