2 contingent vacancies for 3 months
Working hours:
? 1 late shift: 3.30pm-11.30 (immediate start - URGENT)
? 1 night shift: 11.30-7.30 (shift pattern due to start mid November 2020)
(37.5 hours per week; 30 minutes unpaid lunch break)

Skills/Knowledge/Personal Attributes:
? Professional manner
? Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
? Strong organisational and time management skills
? Good 'people skills' for working with a range of colleagues and customers
? Proactive with a flexible and positive attitude
? Strong customer service skills
? Good verbal and written communication skills
? Strong attention to detail with a willingness to identify and own a problem
? Work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise and multi-task ensuring all
administration is kept up to date
? Flexibility with working hours due to operational requirements
? Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
? Educated to A' Level equivalent Including GCSE grades (A-C) in English and Maths.
? Previous administration experience - minimum 2 years+ (in a similar working
automated environment)

Main Function of the Job :
To fulfil the requirements of the daily operations in the administration team, including SAP systems
monitoring whilst supporting the wider business and seniors and Managers at NDC and the wider teams.
Key areas and tasks include but are not exclusive to:
Deliver tasks/results as expected and within timelines, monitoring Admin mailbox and task lists
processing and timely completion to ensure that tasks are performed in accordance with global/local
directives/guidelines, ensuring NDC and Administration is seen as an effective business partner, KPI's
collection and enhancement, Transfer order creation, master data error collection and escalation.

What you'll need to succeed
Key Result Areas :
1. The accurate and timely receipt of goods and their prioritisation (including returned product)
2. The accurate and timely creation of pick lists
3. Accurate and timely KPI collection and enhancements
4. Maintain Mailboxes and provide and monitor SLA's for all stakeholders
5. All Admin tasks are followed and instructions enhanced as and when required
6. SAP master data and system based inventory errors are corrected as and when discovered
7. Admin and email tasks lists are monitored adequately and escalated when out potentially out of
standard SLA's and when exceptions occur.
