Job Purpose

The role of the QA Officer is to review sales call recordings and policy documentation to ensure that the company’s compliance standards are met.

The ideal candidate will be a detail orientated person with excellent listening skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines, often under pressure. An excellent communicator, they will build solid relationships with all members of the company and work with them to ensure necessary regulatory requirements are met on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities

• Listening to and auditing sales call recordings and ensuring company and regulatory standards have been met.
• Giving feedback to sales consultants and managers on a regular basis.
• Ensuring any breaches of procedure are passed on to management.
• Providing reports and analysis on a timely basis for the senior management team.
• Assisting with investigations into customer complaints.
