Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead required to join prestigious care home provider. You will work as a Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager of a nursing home based in the Fareham / East Southampton area, commutable from Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Fareham, Southampton, Gosport etc.
Our client is keen to hire an experienced Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead / Clinical Manager / Senior Nurse to work as a Deputy Manager within a fully compliant nursing home. Candidates must be Nurse qualified and candidates must have managerial experience within an elderly care setting. Any dementia care experience is advantageous. Nurses stepping up will be considered.
You will manage teams of Nurses and Carers and you will ensure care is delivered to the very highest of standards. You will manage all clinical operations within the home and support the Care Home Manager to ensure high levels of care are delivered at all times. You will work in conjunction with the Home Manager to ensure the home is compliant, successful, profitable and you will ensure exceptional person centred care is delivered in a caring environment.

The successful Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager will have the following skills and experience:

-Experience gained working as a Deputy Care Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Nurse Manager / Senior Nurse / Nurse
