You will aim to show every property in the best possible manner. A professional image and friendly manner is essential and you will be a good problem solver. Able to work on your own initiative whilst communicating with the team consistently is key for success in this role. You will also be involved in check outs and check ins of tenants. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing property inventories together with schedules of condition of properties, carrying out check ins and check outs which will involve liaising with tenants Full Training on this will be provided. This is a self-employed position and you will be expected to have a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service). Hours are dependent on the needs of the business and you will be given a designated area to cover. This will involve out of office hours and weekend appointment’s so flexibility is essential.
