Support Worker

Healthcare Support Worker -Supported Living, Warrington, Cheshire

Circa 20K per annum

We are looking to recruit for a new supported living site in Warrington for adults with learning disabilities, autism, ASD, and complex needs. Not experience required as full training provided

Full time, 40 hours per week ( working 2-week rota 3 on/ 4 off and 4 on 3 off) with shifts every other weekend

In this role you’ll:

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible approach for all our residents ( working rota will include days/night and occasional sleep-ins)
• Work in the residential area, providing guidance and encouragement to residents through physical and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment to live and work in
• Assist residents with their medical and welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard residents
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.

We're looking for people who have:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player
• Are flexible in there approach to work ( Full time will include day and nights shifts with occasional sleep ins on a rota basis)
