Ideally with experience of negotiating with Pharmaceutical Wholesalers and Pharmacy Retail groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Deliver/exceed the sales and profit targets for the organisation
§ Responsible for delivering sales and profit targets for own customer base
§ Increase sales and market share for all key products/pillars in both new and existing customers
§ Manage their customer base like their “own business”
§ Actively seek, develop, analyse, execute and monitor customer growth plans
§ Monitor and record uptake of orders, call rates and generate leads
§ Required to provide a monthly report to the Head of Commercial
§ Work closely with Credit Control (overdue invoices/opening accounts) and Customer Services
§ Understand the company strategy and be able to communicate externally
