At Millar & Bryce our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Channel Support Manager within the Sales & Marketing division, you will be extremely hands on. You will be creating ideas, supporting and sustaining sales activity alongside your colleagues in Business Development, Relationship Management & Marketing along with the wider M&B team. Fundamentally you will focus on projects that enhance our communications in the conveyancing market and ultimately generate growth by developing concepts both directly and indirectly to increase awareness and expand relationships with our customers. You will bring new products to market, help to plan and execute a communication project plan and will continually look at the changing needs of the market and bring new ideas on how to engage with our audiences. This role really focuses on how to generate interest considering what methods will work best. The successful candidate will be confident in the deployment and organisational planning that a campaign requires so that it is delivered as expected and ultimately generate income. This role will be pivotal in how we introduce and communicate new technology and working methodologies to our customers in the next 12-24 months.
This role is a hybrid role, so a solid understanding and experience in sales and account management is essential along with an appreciation of marketing and technology. Experience of engaging with customers utilising multiple methods of communication will be essential along with solid planning and analytical ability.
