A great opportunity for someone who has experienced the fast pace of a call centre environment and who has the ability to handle complaints and difficult calls with professionalism and empathy.
* This will be working Monday to Friday on the hours of 11:00 till 19:00.
* It's a Temporary role which calls for someone with plenty of resilience as you will be
engaging with demanding customers who are expecting you to resolve their issue immediately.
* Experience within a call centre type environment is required as you will required to talk and switch
between several screens on the in-house computer system whilst dealing with the problem in
hand. Computer training will be given but you will need to be quite IT literate, quick to learn
and confident on a keyboard in order to master the system
* You should be able to show your work or education history covering the last 5
years and also be aware that a Criminal Record Check will be carried out
