You will become part of an enquiry team delivering front-line customer service excellence across library opening hours, supporting students, wherever they may be located, via existing and emerging communication channels. The team provide a proactive, welcoming, presence to all our users and assist in maintaining and developing the Library as an outstanding study environment.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability and previous experience of team working in a customer-focused role are essential.
In addition to the fixed hours, applicants may be asked to cover other shifts when needed, both during weekdays and at weekends.
We are seeking to appoint to the following profile:
Post A (part-time, permanent, term-time and Easter vacation only)
Applicants must be available for both term and required vacation periods.
