Our M&S Colleague Services Team are looking for confident, adaptable and organised people to join our Colleague Services Support Centre in Salford Quays, where you will deliver a top-notch service, supporting our colleagues throughout the entire business

We are looking for people who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and who are able to confidently manage stakeholders who have significant recruitment priorities.

This role will give you fantastic exposure to a busy HR support Team, we have also recently been listed in ‘LinkedIn Top 20 Companies' and the ‘Times Top 50 Employers for Women’.

About the Role

What you will be doing:

· Working directly with the Central Recruitment Team to deliver an efficient, quality service to candidates and hiring managers
· Provide accurate and timely advice and resolve internal and external queries via telephone and e-mail
· Develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders, building credibility and trust
· Creating and managing complex vacancy tracking/management information spreadsheets
· Work in line with daily productivity expectation
· Support the team with allocation of daily workflow tasks, working in line with daily productivity expectations
· Ensure compliance requirements are met so we are audit ready
· Supporting with the administration of projects within Recruitment and People Services

About You

Your skills and experience will include:

· Previous experience working within an administration role with strong customer service skill
· Confident managing stakeholders at all levels across the business
· Forward thinking and at ease working in an environment that can move very quickly
· Digitally focussed and can use of Microsoft applications, especially Excel
· Proven experience of being individually responsible for own work load
· Able to communicate in a clear and simple way, both spoken and written
· Flexible and open minded, always looking for new ways to improve
· Driven to do the right thing and want to make every moment special
· Enjoys a one team approach (we love to support other teams in People Services if needed!)
