JOB TITLE: HR Data & Reward Assistant
LOCATION: Kingston upon Thames
PAY RATE: £13.35 - 15.87 per hour (Umbrella)
DURATION: 3 months
START DATE: ASAP
IR35 STATUS: Inside

Please note this is a part time position, working 2.5 days per week.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

- Excellent Excel knowledge

- Data analytics skills

- HR background

- Experience of working with/calculating staff benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting Data & rewards team with data analytics (surveys & Management info), pay benchmarking requests, staff benefits, SAR, FOI, job evaluations, supporting team with any other data & reward work.
