Some of the Job Roles/Responsibilities of a shift manager will include:
To aid the store manager in meeting and exceeding strict standards and performance targets
To help train and manage other team members
Create a fun and professional working environment
Provide a consistently high-quality product and service to customers
During the store manager’s absence, fulfil all their various roles
Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are always upheld
Must be able to work well under pressure
Experience working in a food environment or having managerial experience is essential.
You must be available to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
