Working together as a team to provide access to market leading content is important, we do it using Agile working methodology. Work is owned by the team rather than individuals, allowing the team to work at pace across a variety of different projects. The team pride themselves on having an agile mindset and support each other to get the job done.
The content teamwork with O2 Campus Partners (who identify where a need exists), HR colleagues and internal/external subject matter experts and stakeholders.
How will you fit into this?
You will be the consultant in the O2 Campus team that focusses on our talent, high potential communities. Making sure we cultivate our communities of high potential people and that we review our talent and use data to advise and make decisions. At O2 we believe that getting the most out of and rewarding our high potential lies in enabling the business rather than focus on centrally HR driven initiatives.
As a O2 Campus consultant you are here to provide access to a solution and content that enables our business capability and helps to drive performance.
O2 Campus content can be digital such as video, live streaming, online classroom, interactive guides or eLearning or face to face such as a workshop or large event (or both). Being able to turn your hand to a variety of content types is essential.
You will spend your time consulting internally and externally, researching, curating content, utilising our social media platform and in the design, build and delivery of content.
Working with new content and the existing catalogue, it is important to align to the content management strategy. You will need to use the O2 Campus design principles to guide the experience. The design principles are;

We’re looking to pay a competitive salary (depending on experience) for this position. We also offer plenty of extras to sweeten the deal, which could include things like bonuses, life assurance cover, health care, holiday entitlement and lots of flexible benefits.
